THIS WEEK'S TRIVIA QUESTIONLAST WEEK'S TRIVIA ANSWER
If you’re running with the ball and the ball touches the ground is the play dead? Teams with same jersey colors, whats the ruling?

Team with sponsor on the front keeps their jerseys on! If both teams have sponsors record prevails!

Bullets hell of a game yesterday. both defenses played well but in the end it was yours who won, but I can say I have never seen Robbins throw 3 ints in a game before. hope your d-end #55 is ok he is a beast. good luck the rest of the way

"A" DIVISION (Super 10)
SPECIAL REPORT: WHATS WRONG WITH THE PREDATORS
The games went as expected Sunday and the only story this week involves the struggling Predators. Although the Predators do not have a legitimate QB they do have enough talent on both sides of the ball to be competitive. OK, 19 points over 4 games is only 5 points a game and the offense is a mess, but the defense has enough speed and talent to make you wonder why they have given up 106 points 26.5 a game. Once again Sunday the defense looked over matched and gave up 33 points to the Mean Machine! The Predator offense actually put 12 points up in many cases enough points to win an “A” division game. After seeing the team lose two of those games I can only put my finger on two things, HEART & EFFORT! Yes, the veteran player’s like Flowers, Patterson, and Gaudreau always give there all but some of the other player’s are just going through the motions. After the first game Chris Ward left the team and after the third game Todd Ward asked for his release. Yes, their talented player’s but they became a liability on the team with their lack of effort. This maybe the end of a great Predator run, only time will tell.

"B" DIVISION
OVETIME THRILLER!
Jiff-E-Mart’s playoff lives were on the line Sunday as they faced the Rams another team on the playoff bubble. The game went into overtime before the Mart held on for a 19-18 thriller. The win coupled with the Gamecocks BIG win over the Untouchables sets up a three-way tie with three weeks to go. If the season ended today the Gamecocks would make the playoffs because all three teams are 1-1 against each other and differential is the next tiebreaker. It should be a wild finish out West.

In other news, for the second time this season the Blaze has defeated an undefeated team in the Storm 6-0! The Blaze by far has the toughest schedule in the “B” division and earlier in the season knocked off the undefeated Black & White team. The Blaze are the best 3-2 team in the CDFFL and has proven they can beat the big boys when they put their mind to it!

"C" DIVISION
A LION EFFORT!
O’leary’s Lions and the Barnstormers each sported a 3-1 record prior to Sunday’s pivotal match-up. The North Conference is by far the toughest division the “C” has to offer and each game among the top six teams is a super bowl week in and week out. On Sunday the Lions got the better of the Barnstormers 17-14 as the Lions kicked a 37-yard field goal with 36 seconds left in the game. The win propelled the Lions into a first place tie with the Growlers each now 4-1. Victories are hard to come by in the North and every win counts toward each teams playoff push.

CO-ED
BULLETS SHOT DOWN
The defending champs looked like a team searching for answers Saturday as they fell again, this time to the upstart Quigley ‘s team 14-12. Each of these teams wasted scoring opportunities but in the end costly turnovers hurt the Bullets and dropped their record to 2-2. Quigley’s improves to 3-1 and a tie for first place with a host of other teams.

In other news Andy’s Maniacs knocked off previously unbeaten Black & Blue 18-14 creating a logjam at the top of the standings.
