THIS WEEK'S TRIVIA QUESTIONLAST WEEK'S TRIVIA ANSWER
Can offensive linemen move during the mississippi count? Can defensive linemen wear flags?

Answer:
Yes, defensive linemen can wear flags.

QUOTE OF THE WEEKPLAYER OF THE WEEK
*American Conference*

Quigleys(2-0) vs. ES Boys(1-1) - Nice start to the season for both of these teams although the Boys did lose a heartbreaker in week one. Quigleys is yet to give up a point I believe and are tops in defense for the B division. This game should be very interesting and possibly low scoring. I'm going to go with ES Boys here and both teams’ head into week 4 with identical 2-1 records. East Side Boys 13-9

Lee Corso

A Division:
Jason Sheehy - QB - Mean Machine
- 5 touchdown passes, 0 ints, at least 70% comp %, rushed for about 30 yds
-all done against a good predator defense in the division where there is no mississppi count!!!

B Division
Dan Chandler , Emerald CLub
- 3 tds receiving, int ,
- out-ran the offensive players to make a block, guaranteeing an interception return for TD by a teammate
- best player on both sides of the ball

Scott Johnston, Intimidators (#10)
- 4 Total Tds (3 passing, 1 rushing)
- 3/4 on extra points
- threw the game winning TD with 30 seconds left to guide his team to a hard fought and important divisional win vs. World One.

To nominate player of the week, post your nomination on our announcement board by 10:00am Monday.

"A" DIVISION (Super 10)
GREAT GAME!
The Cannoneers coming off a championship loss in Rochester the week before played 7 games in two days and looked to come home for some good old home cooking. The new look Predators came out with a very talented team including a lot of Metro-Maller players. The Cannoneers struck first with a deflected pass caught in the end zone by one of their defensive lineman. From that point on the game went back and forth and the Predators had a 15-12 lead with less than ten minutes remaining. They did not last long as the Predators broke down on defense and gave up a bomb to the just win Cannoneers and they never recovered losing 19-15 and then 34-0 to the Mean Machine.

"B" DIVISION
FINKE YOU!!!!
Will Finke ever get the respect the rest of the strong teams get? Every fall the team takes the season off and come spring they come out strong posting solid records but falling short in the playoffs. 2005 could be the year people change their attitude about Finke after an impressive 20-16 victory over the Gamecocks. The 2-0 record with 6 games left gives the team the confidence every champ needs. On the flip side the Gamecocks will make the playoffs after losing to Marx’s in the first week. Although 0-2 the Gamecocks played two very strong teams and will bounce back.

"C" DIVISION
RAIDERS WHO????
The Rotterdam Raiders showing up with 11 or less players have won two games in a row with big margins. Sunday they took on the 1-0 Bears and skinned them 32-8 making the Schenectady “C” a Raider town. Of course the Vipers are the clear-cut team to take the division but maybe the Raiders can make some noise. The Raiders scored 67 points while giving up only 8. “Look out” as O.J. would say.

CO-ED
SPOTTED 12
The new look I love New York came storming out Saturday scoring 12 points and shocking All-American Sports. I Love NY added Eric Traynor to their line-up adding a speedy receiver to a good receiving core already. Coach Paul Sausville filled in at QB and did a nice job due to their starting QB not being able to make it. All-American woke up and scored 34 unanswered points to shock a very capable NY team. Michelle Brozowski took home MVP honors for her offensive blocking skills.Y
