"A" DIVISION
CARDIAC KIDS!!
For the second game in a row the Café team captured victory late in the game, this time on a late field goal. The 9-6 victory over Legends improved their record too 2-0 and pushed Legends into an even deeper hole. Legends lost to the Cannoneers in week one and continue to struggle on offense. On the flip side Café has beaten two big time programs in W.T.’s and now Legends. Café came off a disappointing fall season and seems to have regained their spring 2005 form. Upcoming games against the Cannoneers and Black & White will define their season.

"B" DIVISION
SURPRISE TEAM??
Jiff-e-Mart told me over the winter registrations their recruiting class for the spring 2006 season was the best ever. After struggling through a tough fall 2005 season the new recruits gives Jiff the tools they will need for a championship run. Many wondered if their “C” championship (spring 2005) was a fluke. Now the Albany division must wonder if the NEW Black & White has emerged. In other news World One gained some pay back after their fall playoff loss to the Gamecocks by beating the Cocks 32-13.

"C" DIVISION
FLOOD GATES OPEN!
“Say it ain’t so Joe” Gates Car Audio is 2-0 and on a course to make the playoffs. Gates Car led by coach Scott Madden jumps out to an impressive start after a 23-14 victory over the Punishers. Look out Albany “C” this maybe the season for Madden and his Gates squad.

In other news the anticipated match-up of brothers quarterbacking against each other took place Sunday and Dynasty led by Zac Palmer defeated Jim Palmer of the Firebirds 25-0. So much for brotherly love!

CO-ED
COLLISION COURSE!
Quigley’s and Dazed and Confused now 3-0 are looking like the strongest teams in the coed league thus far. Two weeks ago Quigley’s defeated the defending champion Silver Bullets and Dazed defeated a tough Velmas team 32-19 on Saturday. Never count out the Bullets and don’t be surprised by Black and Blue a possible contender. On the down side I Love NY struggles at 0-3 and needs to win Saturday to maintain playoff hopes.
